Welcome to MODI Design + Build
Design has been a central part of my life for more than 25 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential projects—from thoughtfully designed kitchens and bathrooms to full home interiors for private clients and developers. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: great design is about creating spaces that truly support the way people live.
MODI Design + Build was created from a simple belief that beautiful spaces should also be functional, comfortable, and personal. Whether designing a contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills, a developer project in Los Angeles, or a custom kitchen renovation, the goal is always the same—to guide clients through the design process and help transform ideas into spaces that feel intentional and timeless.
Every project begins with listening. Understanding how a client lives in their home, what inspires them, and how they want their space to feel is what shapes the design decisions that follow.
